BRIDGE PROGRAMS AT PLAY-IN
Bridge programs fill the gap between traditional after school programs and 1:1 children's therapy. While Open Play can provide children with an environment to explore freely and Therapy involves a highly structured learning environment, our Bridge programs feature small and large group sessions with support by trained professionals which will help foster social and emotional growth, enhance language skills, increase independence in work and play activities, increase capacity to cope with transitions, and improve behavior. From Summer Camp to Homework Helper to Art Classes and more, Bridge programs at Play-In offer something for every child, regardless of age, developmental stage or ability.
Yoga Kids at Play-In
Children derive enormous benefits from yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration and sense of calm and relaxation improves. Practicing yoga, children exercise, play, connect more deeply with the inner self, and develop an intimate relationship with the natural world that surrounds them. Yoga brings that marvelous inner light that all children have to the surface.
Farrah Yaspe is an Anusara Inspired Yoga teacher with a BA in psychology. She has expanded into a holistic approach incorporating yoga to teach her students enhanced methods of emotional and spiritual healing.
