At Play-In, our goal is to provide you and your guests a unique, exciting and clean environment. We love and care for our space and we hope you do the same. Play-In staff is here to provide excellent customer service to help you set-up, check-in your guests, run the zip-line, organize the flow of the party, and assist in clean up.

Birthdays at Play-In give you plenty of extra time to celebrate, and all parties will have access to a private room.

  • 50% deposit upon booking is non-refundable and non-transferable. Date changes are permitted only within seven (7) days of the party booking.
  • If the party is cancelled within 48 hours, it will be treated as a no-show and a fee for the remaining balance will be applied.
  • If you wish to schedule additional time for set-up or breakdown there will be an extra fee of $150/hour.
  • If the party exceeds end time, you will automatically be charged $50 for every additional 10-minutes that passes.
  • Each additional child that exceeds the party package purchased is $20.
  • A cleaning fee of $150 will be applied if food and/or beverages are found on the playground floor.
  • A cleaning fee of $150 will be applied if your party exceeds 30 kids or if prohibited items are found in the piñata.
  • A $100 fee will be applied if both rooms (Create & Party) are used for food and/or drinks.

Policies & Restrictions

  • Maximum number of kids permitted is 30.
  • Maximum number of adults permitted is 60.
  • Teens attending a party are counted as adults and are not permitted to play on playground.  We are not liable for teens, as the safety of young kids is our utmost concern and priority.
  • Parents are responsible for supervising their children while at Play-In.
  • Registration and Waiver must be filled out and signed upon entering.
  • The playground will be open at party start time for all guests.
  • All guests (including adults) must wear socks when entering the playground.
  • It is your responsibility to notify your guests on the sock policy; otherwise sock charges will apply.
  • Piñatas are reserved for the end of the party. Only one-string piñata is allowed per party. Items in the piñata can only be small toys and wrapped candy. Lollipops, gum and confetti are not allowed.
  • Other items not permitted: Alcohol, lollipops, gum, confetti, unwrapped candy, popcorn and sparklers.
  • A post party walk-through will be conducted to ensure that the playground is in its original condition.
  • Items left behind will be kept for five (5) days after the party. After five (5) days they will be brought to the Lotus House Homeless Shelter to be donated.
  • Play-In does not provide saran-wrap, tin foil, ziploc-bags, coolers, candles or scotch tape.
  • Toddler Area is only open for children under three (3).
  • Play-In is not responsible for music during parties. We have a Jambox, which is available to use.
